El Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán es un recinto deportivo propiedad del Sevilla Fútbol Club, ubicado en pleno barrio de Nervión de Sevilla, España. Se inauguró el 7 de septiembre de 1958 y su aforo actualmente es de 43.864 espectadores. El nombre del estadio es en homenaje al ilustre expresidente del club, Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán para partidos internacionales el aforo es de 41.000 espectadores
Fue una de las diecisiete sedes del Mundial de 1982, habiendo acogido una de las dos semifinales. Además ha albergado veinticinco encuentros de la selección española, resultando invicta en todos ellos. A nivel de competiciones de clubes, es uno de los cuatro estadios españoles donde se ha disputado una final de Copa de Europa (1986), y el segundo tras La Cartuja (2003), que albergó una final a partido único de Liga Europa (2022)

We beginnen dit seizoen weer met een nieuwe Super League carrière. Deze keer beginnen we zowaar in de Super League in tegenstelling tot voorgaande jaren. We beginnen met het Spaanse Sevilla FC, de ploeg die afgelopen zomer Quincy Promes heeft aangetrokken en de afgelopen jaren vooral sterk is in het Europese voetbal. Nieuw in FIFA 19 is de Ultimate moeilijkheidsgraad voor de carrièremodus, we kunnen dus wel verwachten dat het wat moeilijker wordt dan vorig jaar, maar voor deze uitdaging sta ik wel open. Voor het eerste seizoen is mijn doel dan ook om in ieder geval degradatie te vermijden, Sevilla is immers op papier niet zo sterk als veel andere grootmachten in de competitie, zoals Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern München etc. Ik ben niet van plan om heel lang bij dezelfde club te blijven, misschien is het leuk om elk jaar een ander team te nemen. Ik zal een poll maken tegen het einde van het seizoen, voor wat ik in het tweede seizoen zal doen. Enjoy!

The Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium is a football stadium in Seville, Spain. It is the home stadium of Sevilla Fútbol Club.
It was the venue for the 1986 European Cup Final between Steaua București and Barcelona and the 1982 World Cup semi-final game between Germany and France
With a capacity of 43,883 seats, Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán is the ninth-largest stadium in Spain and the third-largest in Andalusia.
Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán was opened in 1958 as an all-stand stadium with a capacity of 70,329 spectators, replacing the Estadio de Nervión.Its capacity was reduced to 68,110 for the 1982 FIFA World Cup. It was further reduced to its current capacity of 42,714 seats when it was refurbished and transformed into an all-seater stadium during the mid 1990s.
The stadium is nicknamed «La Bombonera» more commonly used to refer to Estadio Alberto J. Armando, the home stadium of Boca Juniors) or «La Bombonera de Nervión» due to the Nervión neighbourhood where the stadium is situated.
This stadium contains a singular legend: the Spanish national team has never lost a game against an international team in this stadium. In European competition, Sevilla has lost only five times at home; to AZ Alkmaar in the 2006–07 UEFA Cup, to CSKA Moscow in the 2009–10 UEFA Champions League, to Real Betis in the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League , to Manchester City in the 2015–16 UEFA Champions League and to Bayern Munich in the 2017–18 UEFA Champions League.
In May 2018, the club announced launching an expansion project for the stadium that will eventually increase its seating capacity up to 47,000.
